A pre and post-hearing brief is essential for any proper case presentation. Preparing these briefs are professionally important and those who so do show a higher degree of care for the client, which judges will recognize. Here we will discuss how a prehearing brief should be organized, the content, length, and how to deal with bad evidence. We will discuss post hearing briefs when they are needed and what to include.
